Terms of Use
Effective October 15, 2026
The short version. WTS helps teams share approved resources. You're responsible for what you share and for following your company's rules and the law. Subscriptions renew through Apple until you cancel. These terms are governed by Florida law.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FamRight, LLC ("FamRight", "we", "us") covering the WTS ("What To Share") iPhone app, its keyboard, web pages and share links (together, "WTS"). By creating an account or using WTS you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use WTS.
1. Who can use WTS
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at support@whattoshare.com if you think someone else has used it.
2. Teams and roles
WTS is organized into teams. A team owner creates the team, chooses its company, manages the library and decides who belongs. Owners can give members roles (assistant, coach, teammate) and can remove members. Owners and assistants can see the information about members described in our Privacy Policy. If you leave or are removed from a team you lose access to its library. Owners may pause or close their team; a closed team and its content are deleted 90 days after closing.
3. Independence from direct-sales companies
WTS is an independent tool. Unless we say otherwise in writing, FamRight is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any direct-sales or network-marketing company whose name, products or content appear in WTS. Company and product names belong to their owners. Nothing in WTS is an offer of a business opportunity, and we don't pay or receive commissions on your sales.
4. Your content and responsibilities
"Content" means anything you or your team add to WTS: text, scripts, images, audio, video, PDFs, links, feed posts and contacts. You keep ownership of your Content. You give FamRight a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit your Content only as needed to operate and improve WTS for you and your team, including showing it on share-link pages to the people you send links to. When you add Content to a team library, you also let that team's members use and share it through WTS.
You are responsible for your Content and for what you share, and you confirm that you have the rights to it. That includes material made by others, such as a company's videos and images or a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo: add it only if you own it, have permission to use it, or the service hosting it allows it to be shown this way. In particular you agree:
- to follow your company's policies and all laws that apply to you, including rules on health, product and income claims, advertising and endorsements, and consumer protection;
- not to make false or misleading claims, including claims that a product treats, cures or prevents disease, or claims about earnings;
- to send messages only to people who want to hear from you, and to follow anti-spam and messaging laws and each platform's rules;
- to add only contacts you're allowed to keep, and to respect their privacy.
WTS may flag wording that doesn't match a company's phrase list. Those checks are a convenience and don't guarantee that anything is compliant. Compliance is your responsibility and your team owner's.
5. Things you may not do
- Upload or share anything illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or that you don't have the right to share.
- Use WTS or its links for spam, phishing, malware, or to redirect people somewhere they don't expect.
- Try to get around rate limits, guess codes, scrape WTS, access other people's data, or interfere with or overload our systems.
- Reverse-engineer WTS except where the law allows, or resell or copy WTS.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or company.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in WTS. If you see Content or a person that breaks these Terms, report it to support@whattoshare.com. We act on reports within 24 hours. We may remove Content or links, or suspend accounts or teams, that we reasonably believe break these Terms or put people, WTS or its link domains at risk.
6. Share links
Share links point to WTS pages that show the resource you shared, your display name and your team or company name, and record opens as described in our Privacy Policy. Links may stop working if the resource is removed, the link is reported, the team closes, or your account is deleted.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Some features need a paid membership (Basic, Builder or Team). Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple to your Apple account and renew automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings under your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your WTS account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
- We may change prices or plans; changes apply from your next renewal after notice, as Apple's rules allow.
- We may give free months or other credits at our discretion.
8. Our property
WTS, including its software, design, logos and the WTS name, belongs to FamRight and its licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use WTS under these Terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
WTS works with services we don't control, such as Apple, Google, messaging and social apps, video services such as YouTube and Vimeo whose videos play inside WTS, and the sites your links point to. Their terms govern your use of them, and we're not responsible for them.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using WTS and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering WTS, and we'll give notice where reasonable. Sections 4 (responsibilities), 8, 11, 12, 13 and 14 continue after your account ends.
11. Disclaimers
WTS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, FamRight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that WTS will be uninterrupted or error-free, that links will always unfurl or be delivered by other platforms, or that using WTS will produce any sales, enrollments or income.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FamRight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from WTS or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for WTS in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold FamRight harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your messages to others, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you and FamRight consent to those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@whattoshare.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Apple App Store terms
If you got WTS from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and FamRight, not Apple. FamRight, not Apple, is responsible for WTS and its content.
- Your license is limited to using WTS on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for WTS.
- If WTS fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation for WTS.
- FamRight, not Apple, is responsible for handling claims about WTS, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims, and claims that WTS infringes someone's intellectual property.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and FamRight about WTS. If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use WTS after that means you accept the new Terms.
