Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

The short version. WTS collects what it needs to run your team's library, make share links and show you how they did. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and the WTS keyboard never reads or sends what you type. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

This policy explains how FamRight, LLC ("FamRight", "we", "us") handles information in the WTS ("What To Share") iPhone app, its keyboard, the WTS web pages and share links (together, "WTS"). Questions: support@whattoshare.com.

Information you give us

Your account

Team content

Messages, scripts, images, PDFs, audio, video and links that team owners and leaders add to the library or post in the team feed. Feed posts and library items are visible to members of that team.

Contacts

You can add contacts by typing them in or by picking one person at a time from your iPhone's contacts. We store only what's saved: name, phone number, email, Instagram handle, and whether they're a customer or distributor prospect. WTS never asks for access to your whole address book and never uploads it. Your contacts are yours: your team owner sees only how many you have, never who they are.

Support and requests

If you email us, request a company, or send a request to your team owner in the app, we keep what you send.

Information created when you use WTS

Share links and visits

Each time you share a resource, WTS makes a unique link that records which resource you shared and when, and optionally which of your contacts it was for. When someone opens the link, we record that it was opened, played or viewed, how far a video was watched, and a rough device type (such as iPhone, Android or computer). We do not store the visitor's IP address, full browser details or location with these records, and link pages carry no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Video on link pages is played by Cloudflare Stream, which receives the visitor's request to show the video.

Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (which can include IP address and browser type) for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems. These logs are overwritten automatically. IP addresses are also used briefly to stop people guessing link or invite codes, and those records are deleted within about a day.

Activity in the app

Which resources you open, copy and share; your daily activity counts (for example shares, follow-ups, sales and enrollments, some counted automatically when you share); and when you were last active. We use this to show your own analytics and, for team owners and assistants, team totals, a per-member summary (shares, follow-ups, enrollments, last active) and a list of inactive teammates. Owners cannot see your individual contacts or who opened your links.

Devices and notifications

If you allow notifications, we store your device's push token, an app-specific device identifier, app version and time zone so we can send team feed and team notices through Apple's push service.

The WTS keyboard

The keyboard lets you insert your team's resources into any app. It never reads, records or sends anything you type. It only inserts text you choose and copies images you pick.

iOS calls the permission the keyboard needs "Full Access". With Full Access on, the keyboard signs in as you to load your team's library and to create a share link when you tap a resource. Without it, the keyboard sends nothing over the network.

Purchases

Subscriptions are bought through Apple. Apple handles payment; we never see your card. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription, identified by your WTS account ID. We receive and keep records of subscription events (such as product, purchase, renewal and expiry dates) for billing, support and accounting.

How we use information

We don't sell or rent personal information, don't share it for advertising, and don't use your content or data to train AI models. WTS has no ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Who can see your information

WhoWhat they can see
Everyone you send a link toThe resource you shared, your display name and your team or company name.
Your teammatesYour display name, role, when you joined and when you were last active, and feed posts.
Your team owner and assistantsAll of the above, plus your enrollment links and company ID, your share and activity totals, which resources you opened or shared, and how many contacts you have.
Only youYour email, phone number, contacts, who opened your links, and your daily activity detail.

Service providers

We use these companies to run WTS. They process information only on our behalf:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings. If you own a team, you'll need to hand the team to someone else first (contact us and we'll help). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, sign-in, contacts, share links and their visit records, activity, devices and enrollment links. Library items and feed posts you created for a team stay with that team and pass to its owner. We keep subscription records where we need them for accounting, tax or legal reasons. Closed teams and their files are deleted 90 days after closing.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, files are stored privately, and access is limited by account and team role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if the law requires.
